How to Get Clients as a Content Creator in the Philippines — The Where in Pampanga System

Louie Sison explains how to get clients as a content creator in the Philippines using the Where in Pampanga system

How I Turned Where in Pampanga From a Passion Project Into a Client Business

When people find out that 95% of our clients come to us — that we rarely chase anyone — they usually ask the same question.

How?

The honest answer is not a marketing strategy or a viral post. It is something simpler and less exciting than most people expect.

We built a system. And then we showed up for it consistently.

That is it.

What it looked like before we had a system

In the beginning, we had nothing in place.

No rate card. No document explaining who we are or what we offer. No presentation of our demographics, our past clients, or our results. When someone asked how much we charged, we figured it out on the spot. When we finished a shoot, we had no clear timeline for when content would be delivered.

We were creating good content. But we were not running a real business.

The client experience was inconsistent. And inconsistency — no matter how talented you are — makes it hard for people to trust you with their money.

We knew something had to change.

The first thing we built — and why it changed everything

The very first system we put in place was our pricing and content delivery process.

We created a clear rate card. Every service was listed. Every output was defined. Every price was set. When Joise sends it to a potential client, they do not need to ask a lot of questions. They just pick what they need and we move forward.

That one document changed how clients saw us. We went from feeling like a hobby page that also does paid features to feeling like a professional media service.

If you are a creator and you have not built your rate card yet — that is where you start. Before anything else. Because you cannot close a client confidently if you are still figuring out your price while they are asking.

How our client journey works today

Here is what the process looks like now — simply and honestly.

Most clients find us through our Facebook page or through a recommendation from another business we have worked with. Word of mouth is responsible for a significant part of our growth. When your work is good and your process is professional, clients become your best salespeople.

The inquiry comes in through our Facebook inbox. Joise handles it from there. She sends the rate card, answers questions, and confirms the details. Once the client selects a service and we agree on a date, we move into production.

After the shoot, we have a seven day turnaround for producing and publishing the content. The client knows what to expect and when to expect it. No chasing. No guessing. Just a clear process that runs the same way every time.

That consistency is what builds trust. And trust is what brings clients back.

What we do that most creators skip

Here is something I am proud of — and something I rarely see other creators do.

After every production shoot, before we leave, we sit down with the owner or manager of the business. We talk. We listen. And then we give them honest suggestions.

How to improve their service. How to present their products better. Ideas for their social media page. Simple marketing suggestions they can act on right away.

We do not charge extra for this. We do it because we genuinely care about the businesses we work with. And because a business that grows after working with us is a business that comes back — and tells others about us.

One of our clients is a restaurant we have been working with for almost two years. Every month, we go there, create content, and publish on our page. That relationship did not happen because of a sales pitch. It happened because we showed up professionally every single time — starting with arriving on time, and ending with leaving them better than we found them.

The one thing to build first

If you are a creator reading this and you want to turn what you do into a real business, I want to give you one clear starting point.

Build your rate card.

Not your website. Not your portfolio. Not your social media strategy.

Your rate card.

Because everything else only works after the client says yes. And the rate card is what makes saying yes easy. It shows people that you are serious, that you know your value, and that working with you will be a clear and professional experience.

One document. That is your first system.

Build it this week.
